This channel is definitely better than what the subs imply. Very impressed.

You should look at adding Ashaya , soul of the wild For an additional land ramp

Should give Vorinclex a try in a Yarok deck w/ stuff like Toxril & Sludge Monster, Tutors, Flicker Effects, and my favourite Tainted Strike :)

Why didn't you add in the video the evolution sage and fetilid combo?since it's in the deck
@renanandrade478 Жыл бұрын
Ive been very interessed on this since i need a monogreen deck and have some hydra cards... how does it plays on the tables? Not too slow?
@ingolf822 жыл бұрын
instead of reclamation sage, I suggest "Druid of Purification". it is one more mana but has the potential to destroy 4 things if each player chooses a different thing and of course, it can't belong to you, so worst-case scenario, it's a rec sage that costs 1 more mana, best case scenario you get a 4 for 1 :) there is also Ashaya, soul of the wild, that turns all your creatures into forests in addition to their other types, meaning they are immune to cyc rift and nissa who shakes the world's ultimate makes all your creatures indestructible

Thank you for your deck, I just purchased all the cards from your videos, I noticed that I have also 'Growing Rites of Itlimoc // Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun' it is a good addition for the deck ? If yes, which card I should get out for this ? Thanks !
@UncommonCommander3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, this deck runs lots of creatures and creature tokens, so I could see Growing Rites being pretty good in here. I'd count Growing Rites as more of a ramp spell than a land, so I'd probably remove a ramp spell. If it were me, I'd remove either Kodama's Reach or Skyshroud Claim.
@jackypremier933 жыл бұрын
@@UncommonCommander Thank you very much for your quick answer ! ^^ Hmmm between these two cards, hard choice, I will probably replace it by Kodama's Reach ^^
@UncommonCommander3 жыл бұрын
@@jackypremier93 Also, you don't have to take my advice on that. If you feel like you need more ramp after playing a couple of times, you can always add Kodama's Reach back in. I wish you luck with the deck!

Why no snow forests? I'm building my deck now and debating including them.
@UncommonCommander3 жыл бұрын
Hi Allan, thanks for the view! I don't have anything against putting snow lands in my decks, but most of the time when I build, it's on a budget. In this case, there are no cards that work specifically with snow-covered lands in the deck (i.e. Sunstone, Into the North, etc.), so I didn't include any as they cost more money than normal basics. If you've got extra snow lands sitting around and just want to add some flair to your deck, though, I'd say go for it! There's no harm in it.

@@UncommonCommander Thanks man! Yeah, I have an old Coldsnap precon I'm cannibalizing, although I love my full-art forests from Zendikar and Amonkhet. Love the video, can't wait to solidify my position as the moustache-twirling-baddie of my play group!

Another banger of a video. You play EDH on spelltable? I would like to play with you at the table very much.
@UncommonCommander3 жыл бұрын
Ah, no, I don't! I would be happy to play sometime, but I don't have anywhere to set up a webcam for a tabletop view, at the moment. Might be something that I could do in the future though!
@brentonzurheide69253 жыл бұрын
Just throwing my 2 cents out there. I dont have a PC at home, but I found a DIY makeshift stand you can make out of some cardboard and used that to rub spelltable off my phone as both Webcam and PC device that I mirror on my TV.. it sounds ghetto as hell, and it is, but it works and you can definitely get by if you gave a decent cell phone and some cardboard boxes. Cheers
@UncommonCommander3 жыл бұрын
@@brentonzurheide6925 Instead of a cell phone, I have a bar of soap that I pretend to take calls on. That said, I do have a webcam and a fairly decent PC. Might be able to jury rig something with it. Thanks for the suggestion, Brenton!

Honestly I've recently made this deck but different. Tons upon tons of ramp and through magical means. I mean I've tried to shuffle ridiculously bad for myself. Nissa wstw some how ends up in my hand 50-70% of the time. It makes the game end so quick

Would doubling season be good I have a spare one (Edit: love your vids deserve more subs )
@UncommonCommander3 жыл бұрын
Doubling Season doesn't work exactly the same way, as it only effects permanents you control. This means it doesn't have any synergy with Infect, but it does work with your Planeswalkers and with the small +1/+1 Counters subtheme in the deck. Overall, yeah, I think it would be a good card, you may just want to put a smaller emphasis on Infect.

@@UncommonCommander yup I tend to play hatebears from time to time. I have lots of fun with the concept with tiny hats bringing the table to your level. Ofc I'll be archenemy which I expect all the time. I'm fine with losing playing that deck since I see it coming from light-years away.
