I briefly put a note in there because I found this out after I recorded, but yeah using antifire "reduces" the damage from the breath attack. I'm not sure if this means reduces to 0 or just lessens the damage, haven't gone back yet to try it. It would be good to drink a dose before the fight to be safe, but you can still dodge the mechanic totally if you stay in Vorkath's melee range.
