7:05 - 7:13 I think I'm a bigger fan of that look (like a crankshaft), more than the pop top, but to each his own.

Funny analogy my friend, but the simple fact is, I don't have two cameras to record flight and my fingers at the same time. Yes it's more difficult and not perfectly precise, but it's all I can do at this point in time.

How about more of an explanation of stick movement? "Roll Left', yeah got that but then you say "blender". What is the stick sequence for the "blender" part?

Great that you use Phoenix to explain these maneuvers as it lets me switch back and forth between your video and the simulator to try them myself. Thanks, rick p

Can you suggest good 3d pratice foamie?
@lordservant19 жыл бұрын
you have the best 3d aerobatic tutorials on the web in my opinion. There is one spin maneuver where the 3d plane comes down and swings down on an axis almost like a pole dancer. what is that maneuver and any chance you can do one last video on that? you've pretty much covered everything else.

Edward Tu look up his knife edge spin tutorial i think thats what your looking for.
@lordservant19 жыл бұрын
thanks but not that is not the manever. its the one where the 3d pilots spin the plane laterally as if their wheels were tied to a pole
@lordservant19 жыл бұрын
crankshaft sounds right. any idea how that is done?
@lordservant19 жыл бұрын
no its the maneuver where it seems the plane is spinning end over end as if the wingspar was the axis it was going around.

Explaining RC plane 3D maneuvers with Phoenix 4 is sort of like making a tutorial on how to screw using a blow-up doll.
