Terrific work. Really fun watching you progress with the channel and the content; the sounds is also improved. I would also be happy to know more about the incentives behind taking apart a fully working Voron :D Great work again and waiting for the next one!

Thanks for the support! I'm glad the changes and effort isn't going unnoticed ! I wanted to take it apart for the sake of experimenting and for the sake of tinkering, I enjoy working on the printer as much as I enjoy using it! We are far from done! these were just the quality of life mods! Performance mod video coming soon!

Ran across your channel...my voron 2.4 kit is on order so jonesing for voron stuff right now....

Nice work keep up the good, I like the no nonsense approach. Some KZbins would make 5 videos about each step.. it would be interesting to see a an as bull BOM form each stage. I feel like some people would gain a lot by self sourcing.. the 2.4 almost needs a r3… with some of these mods straight away..

I will look into adding a bom!

Great videos inspiring me to mod my voron too! Would be nice if you explained in more detail what benefits each part actually brings while you install them 😊

I looking to build a voron sometime soon and I was wondering what filament/colors you used for your voron build. I love the color scheme and want to use something similar for mine!

Nice video Man! You channel will become successful. Maybe consider some little color grading - some of the frames looks a little "buttery". Cheers!

I learned how to edit video the morning I posted my last video! I noticed the buttery footage as well but with almost 40 hours into this video since Friday, I thought it was good enough for a 2nd post! I will try and put some time into learning the post processing for brightness in the next one! thanks!

@@Browzzrr of course! Just a friendly insight, not a must :) it maybe some of oversharpening or digital stabilising or smoothing etc. Nevertheless - cool video

I particularly like that you did before / after benchmarks. Would the pin mods be what made a difference in the input shaper graph? Did you cut the belts to same number of teeth? Congrats on your success thus far. The quality is on point!
@Browzzrr9 ай бұрын
Hey Seb! I think the Pin mod is just a quality of life mod, it really just takes the fiddling and guess work out of the X/Y and A/B bearing stacks, With the pins, you can just assembled and snug up the bolts that hold it together and not worry about finding the sweet spot for every idler/bearing. (also removing your chances of binding) If I had to guess, the GE5C was the root of the accel boost seen in the video! Thanks for the continued support!

Awesome Video!! What is that Canbus Cable holder / support you are using on the Toolhead side please?
@dezent so the x/y joints (that carry the x beam on the y rails) and the a/b motor mounts use bearing stacks and idler for the belts They are held in place with m5 bolts and nuts stock, but if overtightened they bind, or too loose they cause bad Input shaping graphs from too much play. The pin mod replaces those m5 bolts with pins so that you remove the risk of them binding or having too much play!

@@Browzzrr Built my V2.4 LDO kit two weeks ago and right now it prints beautifully so I don’t want to break anything but I googled it quickly and made some bookmarks for future upgrades. Thank you!

what size do you use on the cable sleeve ?
@Browzzrr10 ай бұрын
I use a ton of cable sleeve! what part were you referring to? the sleeve on the brush is 4mm, but I also use 8mm on a few things as well (like the motors)
