You did four passes? That doesn't say much for the razor?

@@harleytiger760 yeah it is pretty mild razor. After having it a few year now the most I ever do is 3 and quite a bit just two.

There are supposed to say Teflon coated not super stainless which seem like u got the ones I got. Unless they change them to super stainless which is very disappointing that they are not Teflon coated
@jcshaves2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I’ve seen videos with added print on the bottom of the package so not sure if they produce it with additional coatings or they changed them. If they changed not sure when. Mine came from Amazon so who knows how old they are. Still liked them though.

Did a quick search and looks like you can buy Teflon coated still online from various retailers.

@LoggerPT thanks for the information and for watching. I know I’ve heard the chemical name for it before as well. No idea what it is, could Google if I really cared

So a Russian told me how to pronounce the name of this blade and it’s pronounced wasp without the p was-hod it means sunrise in Russian

If you get a good tuck of these blades they are up there with the best but lve had so many duds too. 👍👍😉

Thanks. I’ll have to keep that in mind. The Rapira Platinum and these are probably my favorites so far. Did not like Shark but maybe it was a dud. I wonder how mass produced and cheap de blades are will you be bound to get a dud once in awhile no matter what? I suppose some have higher quality than others.

Yes I learned the correct pronunciation after I made the video. I noticed a lot of KZbinrs pronounce it wrong. Probably were I picked it up from. Thanks for watching and commenting.

There is no "sh" in the pronunciation. VaskhOD. The kh is the guttural throat-clearing sound like the German ch. They are great blades, but I can no longer buy these due to sanctions.

Yeah after I made the video I saw quite a few videos as apparently I’m not the only once that pronounced them wrong and saw a video on the proper pronunciation. Yep some of my favorite blades are made in a Russia. Wonder if there are any chances they move theirs factories.
@rand85302 жыл бұрын
@@jcshaves There's no way you would pronounce it correctly if you don't speak Russian, so no worries. I only corrected it because you mentioned you were unsure about the pronounciation. I like the Russian blades a lot, but until they are manufactured elsewhere and no one in Russian is making money off of them, I won't buy them. It's sad. I speak the language of a country that I can likely no longer ever visit.

@@rand8530 yes thanks for replying as I have no idea how to pronounce several of these blades. Yeah some of my favorite blades are made in Russia so will only use what I have left and have to find other favorites. Thanks for watching.
