Great job on the disassembly, my last one went to hell in a hand basket on the Deka, ended with an edit because I took way longer than i thought and phone over heated and at some point had me screaming at the deka's locking mechanism like Happy Gilmore did to the golf ball

Could you see if the ontario rat 1 can take ball bearing being added at some point?

I don’t have one but that is a washer knife. So you would have to have someone mill out bearing pockets if there is enough material to do so. You can put washers in most bearings knives with skiff thick washers but you cannot put bearings in washer knives. Washers are usually so thin its just not possible without modding

Do the skiffs help eliminate that rough rattly sound it makes when it's free swinging/dropping. Mine has that real bad and it drives me nuts. I don't have that size so I'll need to order some.

Nope. Its still there. My satin one doesn’t have it at all. I skiffed it as wel. So not sure what it is.

How is that button in left handed use? My thing with locks with buttons like that is running into them and unlocking the knife while using it.

Ive never had an issue
