Vostock 2 group - Automatic pressure release. this is the Vostok 2 group we using at the Rimini show. The grind was a little tight but shows the effectiveness of the system automatically venting at a target pressure and delivering the correct weight of Espresso.
the entire process is shown, including the puck and subsequent knock out.

Trying to read the pressure gauge, is that hitting a target of 10 bar peak declining to 8 bar on this shot?
