Fun fact: valentino can't fly because one antenna is damaged, moths have antennaes to help with flying and since he has one damaged one it's un-even when flying so yeah he wouldn't be able to fly.

I think that’s the effect.. notice how she said the assistant was acting “strange” my guess is that powder he had canonically makes people want to protect him or do as he says. I love the concept of momma bear Vel because I really feel like she’s just being a try hard until she remembers she probably like… had a cat when she was human so baby Val doing things that human souls would 100% respond to in baby animals making Vel be a normal person about something is just _gold_ .

Okay Val truning into a caterpillar and making cute little moth ,and caterpillar noises is so cute ❤ . The voices are really spot on from the show . If Val can fly why can't.... oh right nearly blind . But so are most moths . Maybe because he was drunk ,or high can't fly anyways . Like people should drive while driving. From what I’ve heard, Moths use there antennae to help them fly, and Val only has one antennae cause the other ones broken, so that could explain why he can’t fly.

Weird facts no one asked for: apparently the species of moths that make funny squeaking noises are Death Head Hawk Moths this month was also in the horror movies Silence of the Lamb. And they are responsible for keeping plant Life under control pr something like that and are apparently harmless. So Valentino is apparently some form of a Death Head Hawk Moth but the only difference is that he is just really pink and white and doesn't have the skull print pattern on his neck back fluff that they usually have. And he is incredibly aggressive and is just a a$$ to everyone all the time.
