I've only stumbled upon the first series of pedal in 2024 and I'm quite impressed with their sounds, though I only got the Silk Drive to kind of liven up a somewhat lackluster clean amplifier and it really helped (though driving the pedal higher also sounds good). - I only just realized these were announced, but I've not seen them anywhere and it has been almost 7 months since this video. - It's a good idea to put more use to the screen, by the way, perhaps the other pedals could also have some more functions to their screens... I'm not sure what exactly... A tuner?? - But in terms of sound I bet they could indicate more things. I'm not sure if it's possible to read the pots, make it so that you can see their values on the screen and perhaps recall them or at least take note of them. - In any case, don't give up on these, I think they're really good. I know sales matter, but then get them the right coverage.

I purchased the entire gen1 line of VE preamps. Now's the time to get all gen2 pedals as well. Awesome! Plain awesome, folks!
