I understand stump speeches but it’s getting to sound like a commercial you hear over and over. On Oprah I felt I saw the old Kamala of 2019 - where she seemed scripted and not very natural in her responses. You can continue to say the same things but with new words. And what happened to “ I know Donald Trumps type”? That was the best line of the campaign.

BUT Im not talking about her "lack of policy specifics" or that "she should be doing more interviews" like all the other silly criticism that she gets while Trump gets a pass. But this IS a valid criticism of last night weather you want to admit it or not. I could even be more critical - like when she cracked a joke about killing an intruder - right after a woman cried her heart out and pleaded for action on gun laws and violence. Regardless of why she said it or you agree with the statement (political messaging), it was off tone and out of place in the context and showed a lack of "reading the room" or she felt her political message was more important.

She has many plans to help with this, She plans to reinstate the child care act, she plans to give deductions to home owners so their mortgage isnt crazy and they can put more money into their family, her and biden already helped many college students pay off loans with the loan forgiveness (i know many people who got support from that) build more housing so housing becomes more affordable, and put money into schools and child care facilities so they arnt so expensive and can continue to grow the minds of our youth without stretching their budgets thin. And she said she plans to sign the border bill that was preciously denied because of trumps influence into law when she gets in

That’s why it’s important for democrats to get majority in the house and senate so they can pass the border bill, roe v wade, and assualt weapons ban as well as reinstating mental health screening for gun owning.
