I've been saying this for years listen to this, there's about 100 refs in the nfl. Start keeping stats on them by number of calls made,blown calls, challenge reversals during and after the game via new york . Show the reff line-up before the game by mug shot, names, shirt numbers and years of experience .Give them all a individual ratings like a QBR according to their performance. Whomever make the call at that moment the referees picture pops up on the tv with his number, name and RR "referee rating" and at the end of each game their performance is reviewed and recalibrated that way they are held accountable for every call. And it will cut back on any shady shit that goes down in Vegas. At the end of schedule only the best refs advance to the playoffs. players have to live with with mistakes they make and can be scrutinized for weeks sometimes years as should the refs
