There's a really good reason you're not allowed to turn left from Royal Oak onto Kingsway to go north during the day. Sight lines for oncoming traffic on Royal Oak are terrible. No left turn bays. Traffic going southbound on Royal Oak is coming up a hill. VPD officer should know better! Have to use a different route!
