Thank you for relieving me of the burden of having to memorize spreads for all kinds of questions! I just cannot do it, and in my experience it doesn't work anyway, because one question contains multiple questions within it. I've been playing with your Celtic Cross and it certainly does cover most everything very nicely. I also love that you're teaching the Marseille deck. It's true the old tarot spread meanings and positions are outdated, too mysterious, not useful, archaic etc.. but I love the Marseille for the reason that it it is old and original and looks mysterious! That's why I've always been wanting to learn it. Thank you, it works!

Thank you. As a tarot beginner I find you videos quite helpful. The one 3 card spread I like is: What are you ignoring? What do you need? What action is required? It delves in deeply, and gets to the honest question, concern. As doing readings for clients, do we show them the questions as we lay the cards down? Or do we use a spread regarding to their particular question? This is what I get stuck on when doing readings.
@VPitisci6 жыл бұрын
Hi Effie, I always prefer the client to tell me their question. This is best for the client as well as the reader. We know exactly what we are trying to find answers to that way. It cuts to the chase! Hope this helps. Best-Vincent

I have learned so much from you already in about five days to a week or so. I totally get what you are saying: Doesn't matter what the spread is, whether it would be a pre-existing spread or one you came up with on your own that no one else knows about or can read about, make sure to make the spread your own in the areas that you believe to be the most useful to give clients something they can take with them to use for their goal/s. I can use pre-existing spreads as they are just fine for the most part, but it always seemed a little lacking in certain areas to me, and wondered why nobody (i.e. or so it seemed until I happened to stumbled upon you) had addressed the issue. It seemed everyone was doing the same ol' thing just parroting what has been laid down before us. I totally get that, because for most people that can read tarot, it never occurs to them that they can make even a pre-existing spread their own. A pre-existing spread is a good foundation to start with because you can use the positions in the spread that already exist to work with and develope it into what you feel is needed. Once I learned from you your own way of doing a Celtic Cross, and had an example of how to change it around a bit and how you went about it, I too began to think about how I myself could maybe change it around. Thank you for this knowledge. P.S. I too am a Capricorn. Funny how we are very analytical with things and break things down into their basic fundamental working parts but also in a very humble and simplifying way. Nothing ever gets any more complicated than the simple and small things in life. We may sometimes need an example to something to get the job done, but once we have that example, we hone and perfect it to a degree that works very well because we are willing to put the effort and work in to achieve our goals of what we want to accomplish. And by any chance, do you happen to use Birth Cards sometimes in your spreads? I find it to be a useful aspect of a person of where the client may be coming from with the question they are asking and the situation they are in.

Thank you for your comment on my work! It is nice to see people understand what I'm talking about. I don't use Birth Cards but Im sure they can give good insight as well if you choose to use them. Thanks for watching my channel! Best-Vincent

@@VPitisci I have a couple questions for you. Have you ever considered incorperating other divination tools with tarot, or did you decide early on that you would stick strictly to tarot? And whether or not you have ever considered incorperating other divination tools, what would be the one you would personally go for if you did?

The lay is a way to splay the question so the client can see it more clearly, yeah? Everything we see is a projection of ourselves. The cards are sorta like a canvas of tiny mirrors. The random cards provide attachment points for the client to attach meaning. Basically a client sees their own reflection in the cards, yeah? My mind is sooo blown from finding your videos! Seriously, you are the only person saying this stuff, right? Your framework and explanation of the Tarot seems perfectly simplified. No fluff. It all seems a bit too perfect, finding your videos almost seems like fate...

Vincent can I then ask, in your new deck made, they'll hold your intentions of meanings as your the creator, but also don't forget original meanings, your just so amazing coverage of old and new, I completely get and agree as time's change to enlightenment, but tradition clearly not to be forgotten as as long as we can remember its powerful to know, so am extremely grateful to you for this. Once again tyvm, Namaste

Your higherselfs here. So the total read in your updated perception is looking at it as a whole instead, so allowing to open the clients mind. ? Free will. But as a reader, making it noted to a reader being in mind of past meanings, so we see both out looks to open our own mind's to help others. With awareness we hold of originally ?

@donnabaril47655 жыл бұрын
Ill probably be disagreed. With i make most of my own spreads. That works for me i like also to let the client to pick they're own cards in a personally reading face to face rather than online. Positions are very important the way I do it makes sense

🌵🌞 New (serious) subscriber here: thank you so very much for your channel, your work, and this video. One question using your interpretation with this spread: do you still read the “second” card as a crossing card of sorts, or more of a reinforcing card in modifying the first card? Thank you in advance sir. I look forward to buying your books and learning all I can from you sir. Blessings 🙏.

Hello Gene, Glad you like my channel and thanks for watching! As far as your question on position #2. I see the first 2 positions working together to look directly at the question being looked into. These two cards can show opposing viewpoints or they may both compliment each other. Either way will depend on what those two cards are. It just two cards looking into the question itself. Hope this helps. You also asked what card suppliers are good. I would suggest US GAMES, Inc and Lo Scarabeo are two big card manufacturers and have a wonderful selection. Enjoy your Tarot journey Gene! Best - Vincent

Thank you kindly for answering my questions, I’ve purchased from US Games over the years, among others, but will take a look at your second suggestion. I like your Celtic Cross interpretation-it makes sense! Also, I’d like to say that I respect and admire your “not” using reversals; they’ve never seemed natural to me, and I believe that I will begin to weed them out, for lack of better words. Using them in the past was many times like forcing a meaning which didn’t feel right. Thank you for your help and I look forward to learning from your books and this channel. Blessings 🙏.
