It seems to me that if you need to remain anonymous, it is better to use a VPN like hide expert and be sure of your safety

I am up for renewal on my EpressVPN and I'm considering Nordvpn. One of the issues with Expressvpn is that when using Linux, the connection is constantly dropping annd picking up. This was brought up tp Expressvpn but a half hearted effort was given only to be told to live with it. Another issue is that shopping or looking up prices the connection switches to UK websites. Being from North America this is something of a problem. Lastly, the UK has become well known for violating privacy for their own goals therefore if Expressvpn is now in the UK this is a major RED flag.

And what do you mean a VPN for your router? I have used routers since the age of dial up. Modem to router. I use a free VPN that does okay. but why would I worry about having a router? I don't understand that part of what you are negotiating in your comparisons. "Since I have a router, I like Express VPN". I'm sure you can use your router with Nord and Express. So, where does "since I have a router" come into play? Please elaborate.

Thank you for your time. To me, they sound pretty much the same, with some small tweaks. Going to visit Vietnam in October and possibly retire there. Cost isn't a problem and I've read Express is better in VN so will most likely go with them. Thanks again.

I have tried both. Both are the best VPN but i prefer express vpn more. Because i just love the ui simplicity and its easy to use.

I used your link and bought Nordvpn, I have 300mb coming in but when using Nord, I'm getting 200mb. Is this pretty much what happens with all vpns? I followed their info and played with the connection type and this was the best. Thanks

Nord raised my price after the first year, which I expected since it was a discounted price. They raised it by $45-50, but then they wanted to raise it again for the 3rd year by another $50-60. It's only cheap in the beginning. I'm about to try Express.

Correction, I did find out why Nord raised my price (for the second year), it wasn't just because the first year's was a promotional price. I think they upgraded me to a more expensive package. I had the autorenewal turned on, so it automatically renewed after the first year, and I noticed I had new features, but I just thought they improved their app. I still don't know why they wanted to raise my price for the 3rd year. They are tricksters, Express too from what I saw on their website, the way they presented their prices. But yeah, Nord is cheaper if you don't let them trick you into paying more than you should for no reason. I didn't do autorenewal this time, but now I will have to set up my vpn connection all over again, I think, which sucks.

ExpressVPN is best imo. There were no targeted ads or search suggestions and heck internet thinks I live in Australia, lol. I didn’t see this on nord vpn, I got a lot for targeted ads and some are quite scary and google would always have targeted suggestions. That being said ExpressVPN is pricey. But I feel it’s the best way to get true privacy.

I have Nord VPN and to the life of me and despite so many chats with Nord support i am unable to get a fast U.K connection. My internet connection is 400Mbps. Average U.K connection is around 12Mbps whereas North and South America is around 200Mbps. Even Bhutan has a fast connection. Why are the U.K servers so unusable? Driving me crazy. Always getting notice of You do not have enough bandwidth to stream.

Realise a bit old - but I’ve been having huge issues with ExpressVPN lately. That’s why I’m watching this, the internet will just not load whilst using a vpn on networks (not mobile data). With my tin foil hat I could say that it might be something to do with the UK , but I’m not certain

There are so many VPN's out there it basically comes down to price and location for me. I used ExpressVPN for about a year then switched to another that was cheaper and had more servers in my country nearer to me. The cheaper one is just as good. ExpressVPN had the best help service as you could text live with someone and it only took a minute or so to connect so in that regard, they are the best if money is no object.

kape isn't in the UK and kape is a FORMER malware distributor so you didn't really fully do your homework on expressvpn and nordvpn cuz expressvpn has 24/7 live chat support while nordvpn doesn't and expressvpn is cheap while nordvpn is expensive with addons alright

Hey! It's true that the renewal is more expensive after the initial subscription, I can suggest looking through my NordVPN videos and look for a coupon code or contact their support as sometimes they have good deals for renewal as well!
