VR Star Wars Battlefront has Peaked - Contractors

Contractors Star Wars Battlefront mod has been running Star Wars Battlefront in VR for years, however at some point a Star Wars Battlefront 2 mod was released that added fully working starfighters. The starfighter gameplay is incredible, it's almost like a star wars flight sim taking place over a full battlefront game happening below and I have a feeling this level of funny business won't last long if you know what I mean. Because it's too good to go unnoticed by The Mouse. But then again Galactic Contention for Squad is still up so there is hope. Our only hope... see what I did there? To use the drodikas and heros you have to equip their pirks and loadout, you essentially just spawned a blank droidika. Next time when you select the hero click the perk and loadout sections and choose the weapons.

hey habie, those weren't "older versions" of the clone wars mod, that's the *only* version. the thing you played in this video was stolen code re-uploaded by someone else with features (like the starfighters) developed by the team of the original mod but not released just yet, botched in. the grapple, for example, is completely busted, as you saw. the "clone wars" is the original contractors mod you played before.

And if you knew that, you'd also know the devs have hosted playtests of the space combat quite a few times even before the leaks..

Also note that there are ripoffs of the mod. Clone wars by noenubanks is the original while battlefront vr is a Chinese knockoff. Bfvr is a remake of the original by one of the og modders that went separate ways.

There are no remakes, there are only knockoffs. The codebase was stolen and leaked by one of the modders who had access from the devs and he leaked it and uploaded his own without permission and caused a lot of headaches / bugs for the playerbase. Thats why it was gone.

It is monetized, you need to buy Contractors, which puts the content behind a paywall. Contractors benefits from the free ads this content generates on socials. It's just a matter of time before they receive a dmca notice.

How to fix your rolly Polly droid: You have to equip the "perk cards" to be able to roll and have a shield, and you must equip the blasters before deploying from the menu. By default these are set to nothing
