She's referencing Jason David Frank, White Ranger's actor, who portrayed Adam Steele in Cybertron pilot episode. Cybertron is VR Troopers' name before changed because of Transformers copyright, and Ryan's name in this pilot is Adam.

@@gokumon9012 Sadly, I doubt it. The oldest dog to ever live was 31 or 32 years old. Zeb (who played Jeb) in 1994 was probably a full-grown dog, so likely 2 years old at minimum. That would put his birthday sometime in 1992, making him 29 years old today, meaning it's technically possible but incredibly unlikely.
