100% worth fitting some baffles inside the sump and I'd probably make it winged at the back so it can hold more oil. Don't forget you'll need a turbo oil return point too, which one of the wings might be useful for, and possibly fit the oil drawn plug on the other side (its current position will be a nightmare for oil changes)

I've got templates for baffles I just haven't got round to cutting and welding then in just yet. Sump currently holds around 7l so I'm not sure wings will be necessary but it shouldn't be too hard to add them on if needed. Current sump bung has been welded up and I'm looking to move it back about 3" Thanks dude 🤟

@@Barter_Engineering awesome! I sort of assumed I would probably be teaching you to suck eggs but I'm from an sr20det background, and dabbled with the b204 rwd platform too, so picked up a lot of experience which I thought might help

Mk5 R32 pickup is shorter and bolts straight on if that helps.

looks good dude, not sure on that subframe though. I had mine crack on the mounting points on my m50 :/ hopefully what you've done holds though looks like a good job :)

We shall see! It's reinforced in the usual places and now has a 6mm plate through the middle of it. Still looking at putting another plate on the underside of it aswell 🤟
