समाक का आटा समाक के चावल को पीसकर बनाया जाता है , जो की व्रत में खाये जाते हैं ये अनाज न होकर फलाहार होता है। समाक चावल का इस्तेमाल व्रत के दौरान एनर्जी देता है और पूरे दिन शरीर को एक्टिव रखने में मदद करता है। यही नहीं विभिन्न पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर होता है।
