From what I can tell I'm assuming vive trackers and by the way they are dancing and where their body glitched while on the pole I'm guessing their hip tracker is on their backside and their feet/leg trackers are on the sides of the ankles. and yes they did an amazing job at dancing! (Idk if that was helpful at all lol just guessing from experience)
