A quick note: The change regarding PhysBones/Constraints execution order was reverted. While this change did improve jittering, it came at a performance cost and needs more time in the oven. Please add physics/interaction presets for people to use when making VRChat worlds. So people can use a preset to allow an object or surface to climbed on or moved in a certain way. It really breaks immersion when I can’t grab onto things I could typically grab on to irl

Finally, hand tracking mode is actually viable now! I'd like to eventually also see touch interaction with menus and keyboards like with the Meta Quest UI. They should have an SDK for that, I assume.

I hope to see some of these hand tracking improvements come to Quest -- It's weird to me that things like the wrist opener, Hand Tracking UI, and Hand Tracking Tutorial are all on PC, but not Quest-- Which is the original platform hand tracking was on, we also can't even change the settings of hand tracking, because it's counted as an unrecognized controller on Quest. Just really hope to see these sometime-- Honestly just more confused about their exclusion than anything.

I don't understand why you guys are insistent on limiting AVI size for already uploaded AVI's. This is going to cause needless headaches for a lot of people. The existing arrangement was fine as existing AVI's worked while new AVI's had to meet the new requirements.

not mentioned here is that the max cache size on PC has been increased to 30 GB. to me that's significant news as i frequently used up the 20 GB cache. on that note, i would love to see a "download permanently" feature so i don't have to download _The Great Pug_ for the umpteenth time, but could instead keep it on my storage unless it's updated. there's some worlds and avatars that don't need to be cached in my experience as i use them very frequently, yet i have to download them more often than i'd expect. so being able to just keep a copy of a world on my storage would be useful for that.

I think something that'd be great for VRChat is a system for questies to take videos. It's super hard to make nice videos just off a screen record on quest. Unless there's already a system like that(That doesnt require a PC)

Hand tracking request: make a faster way to turn the gesture controls on and off. When I'm using hand tracking to just converse and gesticulate, I always find myself accidentally moving around and grabbing things, but having to hold the left thumb+pinky for several seconds every time I want to switch controls on and off is enough of a pain that I end up just sticking with my controllers. A button on the new wrist thing might be nice for this

Okay so... worlds don't save when you leave them but... What if people could make their own badges, add them to their worlds, and allow others to find/unlock them as sort-of trophies for doing things in their worlds...?

You already can in the persistance beta. The trick is to save the variable's flag as soon as you unlock the object (so it's already saved way before the player leaves) then call a flag check on PlayerData load finished (which happens when joining the world) so things gets unlocked as soon as the game start (give or take a few frames of initial lag if there's a lot). I don't know how long the beta will last before persistance gets a full release, but there's lots of potential.

You can bring it back by changing the config file of your game and using the custom camera preset, VRChat has infos on how to do it on their documentation

I updated, and now my friends' and other people's avatars are loading at like 144p, with low quality and I'm on a PC. Before the update everything was normal, then the avatars lost quality. Does anyone know how to solve this? I've already left everything on high, enabled, reinstalled VRChat and avatars continue to look all square and deformed.

Must be impostor avatars? Make sure you have their avatar turned all the way on.

Hello, I have a question, if Vrchat is rated for children ages 12 and up, if they do an excellent job removing NSFW avatars, why don't they ban or prohibit the club worlds which is where adults attend the most, if the game tries to be as family friendly as possible so that minors and adults can live together in total tranquility and have a peaceful time but they allow there to be +18 clubs where a lot of adultery is committed, why don't they then do an age verification or raise the age rating so that people understand that it is not a children's game. I have seen many comments on the internet that recommend that children should not play it because there are many adults committing adultery even outside of clubs or bars also committing p*dophilia.

I would like to wonder why the crashers haven't been dealt with? That would be EAC issue, you should reach out to EAC, and also check your safety settings, and change some of your parameters for non trusted and below users especially for visitors and new player options since most crashers use those kinds of accounts.
