I would be suspect of real estate in BC as a stable asset. Canada could have a severe correction in real estate which is way over priced, especially in BC. I'm glad Jay shows conviction for the miners, he's right that it's easy to say you are a contrarian (mining) investor but much harder to hang in there. I bailed and the stocks are still going down. I don't have the nerve for mining stocks. I wish him success at it. I will look into the conference, I'm just a ferry ride away.
