Why do an organiZation needs to have all those internal analysis? Is that macro-environment working with SMART-goals in order to get over the competitors on the same market? If a company train its employees and offer them a value and inner motivation, than they work at full potential ...rhetorical Q uestion.

Thanks for the video,however i was lost when you explained how I and N in VRIN were combined to get Organization(O),Now i expected the new version to be VRO but unexpectedly it turned out to be VRIO, i can hardly understand this part.

Even though there are some problems in this presentation, it probably is a good starting point for some. For instance, brand is not a resource. It is an outcome of utilizing core competencies and resources combined. Anyways, thanks for your time and sharing.
