VRSF Intercooler DIY Install F10 BMW 535i N55

Finally got around to installing mine today, and I hope to never have to do it again.. I forgot it didnt come with hardware and had to go get that.. It wasnt as difficult on my E60 (VRSF), so I was quite frustrated about half way through. VRSF Downpipe goes on tomorrow and then I can go Stage 2+ . Thanks for all the great content and inspiration.

This looks just like the ebay one I bought (im sure they all look alike) and I just cant get it to fit up past the black plastic shroud. Did you not have to trim yours at all?

Thanks for the video. This weekend, I am about to do an IC install. Did you ever consider removing the cooling fan? I know it is a tight fit, and I want all the room I can get.
