For those who are wondering why did XLR8 and FourArms escaped. It's because that in the original series ghostfreak escaped the omnitrix. So that means aliens could also escape the omnitrix.

Well I'm sure I'm really late. But ghostfreak could escape because he wasn't a DNA sample, but an actual alien trapped in the omnitrix. IF xlr8 and four arms COULD escape omnitrix (they can't) they would die immediately or have a split personality of Ben.
