, i got issue. Video uploading in common sitting but can’t insert in editing area. Where is the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled but issue remains same, need help

Sorry I'm just a novice at this VSDC editor it was the reason I made the video to show VSDC Support Team my problem. I also found that VSDC only does certain things in the free version. Since this video upload, Micro Soft did a update to my Windows 7 OS causing it to say it wasn't Genuine. I tried many things to fix my Windows 7 OS but it wouldn't accept anything, so I moved to Linux Zorin 16 OS. Unfortunately VSDC video editor does not work on Linux, so I went with Kdenlive and Blender.
