Can’t answer to any of your questions because i sold it right away, scooter is too slow and acceleration as too weak, Zero 9 is way better scooter for my needs and i still have it without any issues at all

Whit the GPS you have to be moving in order to see your speed? But with a full battery it goes faster. P6 you can speed it up and it works 😎

I never had horizon in my hands, so can’t say which is better but i can say that i like zero 9 a lot more than vsett8

I never did range test, scooter is not mine but let me tell you that acceleration is very poor on vsett 8

Well speed might suck but where I live this speed is street legal. I need as comutter so high speed will only give me more headaches. Though I totally wanted the one that goes 70mph but Im not ready to go to prison for it. I was already threatend to go to jail for going 20 in a 25 zone with a car. Aparently making noise is a felony...
