@@shaunachana you are sweet for asking. I'm doing well! 2 months post op and finally starting to feel a resemblance of normalcy ! But I still have a long way to go. It's a tough road ahead but just gotta stay disciplined and dedicated !!

This was so helpful. I haven’t had surgery yet but i also have been trying different things. The protein2o is on my list as well as the isopure. Super sad i can’t get the tropical punch because that’s what i wanted 😭.

I found it on amazon. Don’t buy too much because your tastebuds may change after surgery I didn’t like the protein2O water and I had bought tons of it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve heard that! I haven’t stocked up yet. It’s hard to find soups that are low fat. What’s the point of straining a soup? Lol not doing all that mess 😆
