I got one for Christmas, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't keep hot drinks hot for 4-8 hours, as advertised. My battery life is only 3 hours, and then it doesn't have enough juice to keep my hot beverages at temperature or warm them up.

Thank you for the review. I bought one few days ago and I'm LOVING it .. when I'm focusing on my work I tend to forget drinking up my hot beverage and ended up with cold drink .. ... this mug is saving my day! My only concern is that I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the life duration of the product and after few months of daily use it won't work properly and ended up returning it or buying a new one .. the mug is not that cheap... Do you have issues with it yet?

I bought this smart mug and have been using it for a year now. When I am concentrating on work, I can use it to drink a cup of hot drink. It is really a happy thing. I bought it by using a coupon, or compared to ember mug The same product is much cheaper

Only issue I have with this mug is that you can't disable the touch button on the mug... I keep accidentally hitting it and increasing the temperature

I think so, I like that you actually don't need the app to adjust the temp.. but I guess that goes against having a smart mug. I also like the power button at the bottom, is more "clicky" , I find that I can't tell if I've actually turned off my ember mug.
