Where did you get these fittings? Part number?
@timothywalker16932 жыл бұрын
I am currently doing something similar, just wondering if I should cap/block the original vent? Previously I had a small air filter adapted onto it, in an attempt to lessen the amount oil going into the intake, but finally getting around to doing a full PCV delete Breather style oil catch can system. But yeah, just not sure what to do with the original valve cover vent hole
@GOAUTOWORKSYOUTUBE2 жыл бұрын
You can leave it open, run a filter, or block it off if sufficient ventilation avenues are being added.
@timothywalker16932 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply man! Do you know if there is such a thing as too much ventilation? The breather catch can I bought seems to have very good flow, but visually I quite like my little filter on the original vent, just not sure if too much ventilation can cause issues?

efcivic4life they are called “soft jaws”. They are used to go into a vice to hold the AN fittings while you tighten them together. The aluminum jaws keep the fittings from being scratched
