If you're taking about the tweezer that I used to hold small parts, you can purchase that one from any electronics parts and watch tools shop, eBay, aliexpress. If you pull the starting handle and it rings like that. I guess its a good sign right? Im not sure but I think it means it has good compression?

I like to hear that ringing sound when I pulled the starter but that doesn't tells you if it has good compression. For testing compression without the gauge is to close the decompression valve and pulls the starter. If you can't pull it means extremely has good compression unless you've very strong arm. I don't. 😀 When release the decompression valve, you can pull it with medium to high resistance means it has good compression.

Tanks so much for making the video. It has helped me very much but I have one question, On my carb the low and high speed adjustment screws seem to be covered and I can't see them. Are there covers that need to be removed.

You can access the mixture screws using a long flat head screwdriver. There is a small oval hole between the pull starter and throttle trigger below the top cover. The RHS is the "H" (high) and the LHS is the "L" (low). It's easy to adjust the mixture screws when the top cover is off where you can access the carburetor. Varietech

@@Varietech-AU That's for the reply to my question but I must not have been clear with the issue. On my carb where there high and low screws are on yours there is a metal cap or plate over the screws. On on the outside of the saw housing but on the actual carb itself. Maybe it is a US vs. Australia issue.

@@Varietech-AU I misspoke about he needle valves being covered up, They were actually covered by concrete dust. However the needle valves do not have a slot for a screwdriver, the needles actually have multiple splines on them. I heard they have 22 splines and normal spline wrenches have only 21 splines. Not sure how many they have.

Bought a 21 spline tool and it worked to turn the needle valves not sure if they had 22 splines or not but the 21 spline works. Thanks for your responses.

Yes, you're right! Now, I didn't realize it took me over an hour for this video compared to the current videos I produced, which took less than 30 minutes or even 2 minutes. I wish I had the privilege to work on those services center like Stihl, Husqvarna or big mower shop. I just teach myself from backyard repair and internet references and grow from there. @@Varietech-AU Duud you are okey, keep going for beginners its more detailed! For mee i doo this things maybe in 5 minutes! For exapmle i dont see the point to putt all thous small screws in bath to clen, i dont have so much time to deal with that crap :D Just open carburator then use carb cleaner, change membrtains, test the pressure its alll!
