Look like Another Keshav Nagar in making. Lots of money collected in name stamp duty but ground reality is very bad. Understand that it will take time but progress shows that narrow road till Godrej Properties is area to be check upon. Also I doubt the 4 lane road outside this huge locality will be enough. VTP lacks in transperany. There are some rules and regulations from RERA for every builder but VTP took deviation approvals from RERA to change the RERA policies and make their own policies. There is standard format of Allotment letter and booking Agreement from RERA but VTP has made their own Allotment letter and agreement format by modifying lot of clauses in it. I have booked a flat in VTP Dolce Vita but cancelled within 1 week. According to MahaRERA rule if a flat booking is cancelled within 15 Days of booking date then all booking amount should be refunded. But VTP never refunded. Beware of such fraudulent Builders.

I also loss 51000 because of this. Even I didn’t acknowledge their booking confirmation email . All this money I have given them as token money for holding price. It’s been more than 1 year I didn’t received my refund. Just appeal to people, beware of urgency and scarcity strategy use by builders

Everything is fine but where are roads. It feels like some towers are constructed in secluded place. Imagine family staying there after possession & for every small thing they need to travel to main Kharadi.

It's a township everything will be provided into the premises for now there is delivery started out all the owners who are staying there are getting calls from vendors for home delivery yes for now it's hard but later it will be the best place to stay..

That location is not under PMC so this is the real story about water and it will remain the same in that location till it comes under PMC..

Never rent any apartment in vtp or godrej. I know rate is less as compared to kharadi main but the roads are just horrible. You will be completely soaked in dust and sand if you drive a 2 wheeler. I see lot of office goers rent apartments here because it is cheap but they start regretting immediately when there clothes hair face gets messed up. There are barely any grocery stores. It is near to wagholi which is a shit hole😂 Stay away from it for now
