Why is it hard for some podcasters to see that not every pod needs a large panel. I can’t imagine having Eric July and Destiny on the same show and then feeling like I needa add another 12 people. And if you do add other people, why so many? A 3 hour Destiny vs Eric would be way more interesting. Lastly, I always say this about Adam, but it’s still true: he’s gotta learn when to let people keep cooking/talking/arguing vs when to cut in and say “I’m the host / One mic.” There are times when it’s better to let people keep going. It’s a tough balance to find, but hopefully he finds it. Cuz sometimes he cuts something off right off as it’s getting entertaining.

I’m sorry, but I’ll go ahead and admit I’m a lil bias against adam. However, can one of his fans please explain to me how this guys snide/shady remarks aren’t feminine? He literally backtracks when given any push back. I understand he’s the moderator/host, but you can literally see him injecting/loading his bias and opinion into everything. Then when he’s confronted on it he pretends like he doesn’t have one. In the simplest of terms “that guys a 🐱”.

The rant about national pride seemed so misguided to me. Like somehow saying the pledge makes you magically patriotic. Honestly to me the more something is just repeated over and over the more meaningless it becomes. I agree that having some national pride or identity isn’t a bad thing. However I think you need to arrive at that in a more natural place rather than having someone mindlessly shove it down your throat. For me personally the appreciation of America came from traveling it, from understanding the scale, from trying to understand all the communities the country contains. Reciting the pledge or saluting a flag does nothing for me, it’s just empty symbolism. Also way off base on the college thing, if you want to make money, your best bet is college
