@@bibivtuber The war of Glamoth vs the Swarm Disaster happened a very, very, long time ago. There's probably a huge time skip between that and Kafka seeing Firefly drift in space. This means Firefly is allot older than she looks

Yeah that's the correct theory, if you do a lot of Simulated Universe, it explains the thing with the Swarm was many Amber Ages ago. So Firefly was sort of floating out there until the Kafka happened to find her (most likely through Elios' script to grab her at that moment).

I like to think that the tree scene is a metaphor on how "life will always preveil over death". The tree wasn't actually there but instead more like a visualization of that metaphor.

It's being cryogenically frozen, there's no space magic about it. They'll continue living so long as they are kept in that state even if more than thousands of years pass, an example would be Fallout 4. Despite having hundreds of years pass for the main character they will retain the same appearance they had before getting put in the freezer

If we try to give some logic, I would probably guess it was an Aeon that made her live for that long, and meyby also that "magical" plant appearing.

Looks like her suit put her in stasis, floating in space for ages until Kafka found her. Parallel to Himeko finding March 7th in space alone.

Sad thing is, Glamoth has been gone. They were literally fighting to protect nothing, just fighting and dying because it is their purpose to do so.

I think most people in the comments might be misunderstanding what the Iron Cavalry is fighting here. This is not the 'True' Swarm; it is not the Aeon Tayzzyronth who died thousands of years ago (from an alliance of several Aeons). This is the _remains_ of the Swarm that is still present today. Firefly also suffers from Entropy Loss Syndrome which will kill her (or more accurately 'remove her from existence') within a couple of years. So it would have taken it's sweet time to off her if she was floating around space for 100k years.

FF was definitely floating in space for a long time, in some kind of stasis. The lore from the Glamoth pieces doesn't really give a time frame of when The Swarm attacked Glamoth, or how long the Iron Cavalry kept fighting, possibly even past when the empire collapsed. The Swarm Disaster (when Tazzy, the Aeon of Propogation ascended) was sometime in 13XX AE. Its currently 2158 AE, and Amber Eras are 50-250 years long (goofy ah IPC calendar). So if this was during the Swarm Disaster, then Firefly would be ~150K years old. I'm assuming it was much later, and what Glamoth was fighting was a remnant of The Swarm. Firefly is still probably at least a couple hundred years old, since Glamoth's history is now too distant to be known with certainty. The Orb and Rope lore contradict each other a bit, b/c they're 2 different interpretations of history. Kafka probably picked up FF due to Elio, much later than when the battle took place.

Firefly in Penacony says the same line about her dream as she does in this trailer and then states life slumbers because it is afraid to wake from the dream. My inference is that she dreamed this short ad nauseam during her stasis around Glamoth's ruins up until Kafka found her however long it was after the events that put her into stasis. edit: grammar

The Iron Cavalry were engineered to fight the swarm, probably forgoing longevity and lifespan to be efficient soldiers. They are all based off of "Titania," their "Empress." Empress is in quotes, because this was actually a false idea implanted to make the Cavalry subservient to the original humans. Titania was simply the main entity used by the scientists to control them. The royal they fought and died for probably in the millions wasn't even real. Ironically, the longer Glamoth fought the Swarm, the more they became like the enemy. Soon, the skies were blotted out not by bugs, but by the military might of the Glamoth Empire. How the fall of Glamoth happened is not exactly clear. Some say the Swarm destroyed them all, but others think that through decades of fighting the Swarm, the Empire lost its identity and ideals to continue existing, and all that was left for them was their war-torn homeland. Either way, the SAM units continued fighting the Swarm, with or without the Empire standing. That is all they knew how to do. Firefly drifted in space for an unknown amount of time before being found by Kafka, possibly even centuries, as the fall of Glamoth happen multiple Amber Eras ago. While a fluctuating unit of time measurement, an Amber Era is usually is over a hundred years per unit.

I think the implication at the end with Kafka is that Elio gave her vague instructions to go to a certain coordinate with a script that says she'll see "Fireflies dancing among the stars", and that was the moment she realized what he meant. It's of course, speculation, we don't really know how the Stellaron Hunters operate but we know from SAM (2.1 story) that Elio gives simple and straightforward scripts with no unnecessary details.

'Empress' Titania. who is created to control Glamoth Iron Calv just like swam to fight swam. After swam no longer threat to Galmoth there is possibly a civil war between the Republic and 'Empress' and destroyed Glamoth. if you look closely, Firefly's mask changed on her last transformation and resembles a crown. Maybe it is hinting she is the new 'Empress' and maybe opened her path to become new Aeon of Propagation

Ellio's script. He mentioned to Kafka to investigate a planet that was just destroyed. So Kafka went to the planet and this is the moment she arrived and understood Ellio's words. "Fireflys dancing among the stars.". This was mentioned back near the beginning of 2.0 in official releases. Note: The exact phrase Ellio used was not mentioned as to not spoil it. But this puts the piece of the puzzle in place from the interaction earlier in the story.

You know, even if they (Elio and Kafka) was there when war is happen, they probably will do nothing about it. I mean, Glammoth was a powerful empire, and all they light-years territory was devoured by swarm. And it's only what left after falling Aeon (which I remind you was defeated only by several Aeons united together againts it). Kafka with her "whisper" will do nothing here. And Elio is probably will choose to retreat, and take as many powerful soldiers as he can. But they wasn't here. Firefly basically floating in space many years, probably just like March, frozen in time, like cryostasis.

So yes, Kafka found her probably well after this and Firefly became a Stelleron Hunter. BUT BUT, if you notice what Kafka said "Fireflys" meaning more than one were dancing among the stars. I might be reading to deep into this but MAYBE one more survived and no one is telling Firefly. Thats just my theory. But i find it crazy if you think about it. March 7th and Firefly were both found floating in space. kafka found Firefly while Himiko found March 7th. Both must of been floating in space for a VERY LONG time before finally being found. And no one really knows the back story of March 7th except that she was found in almost sub zero ice. The only difference between them was March 7ths ice and thats it. Who knows, MAYBE shes the survivor along with Firefly

Not Kafka and all the members of Stellaron Hunter right now. Only Kafka, because at that moment the number of Stellaron Hunter members only consists of 3 people, Elio, Kafka and us.. Blade hasn't joined yet, he will only be recruited after Firefly joins... because of the way he is (Blade) was recruited by the Stellaron Hunter is Blade was beaten so badly by Firefly that he went limp and then he got Spirit Whispered by Kafka, About Silver Wolf she was the newest member who had joined... and also the moment Kafka found Firefly here is a time skip thousands of years later after the destruction of that planet. its because the Firefly era was far away older than now, when Tayzzyronth(Aeon of The Propagation) still exists... yup Firefly is much older than Nanook(Aeon of The Destruction) and Lan (Aeon of The Hunt)

From whst ive heard, whst Firefly fought was a very little part of the swarm since there is no emanator,so it probxbly happened after the swarms disaster, eapecially since ee nnow the swarm never left. So its been ages they fought and Firefly could peobzbly be found right after she blew up a planet. Or for more hardcore outcoes, she did it fjousands years ago and floated in space until now
