Don't trust VU anymore. My 4k official Android TV panel has developed faults after two months when the three year warranty expired. Company says they will need 8 weeks to source panel if available. My suggestion is stay away from vu. It's not as good as it used to be..

My QMP55 developed display panel 5 months after the 1 Year warranty expired. They asked for Rs 27,000. Site visit to check again advance. No technician comes. Asks for photo on WhatsApp. And tells you it is display panel problem. Many reviews on early faults in display panel.

I have VU Masterpiece Glo and Soundcore Infiny Pro Dolby Atmos Soundbar. Everything is running upto the mark but I am not getting the very good Dolby Atmos experience (Bass is very good but the dialogues come out a bit lower than audible). I have connected the out of the box HDMI 2.0 cable of Anker from VU HDMI eARC to Soundcore HDMI ARC. Am I missing something ? Please help and recommend solution for best experience. Not seeing any Dolby Atmos Logo while watching Atmos movies like The Tommorow war, both my TV and Soundbar are Atmos compatible. My surround sound LED never turned blue even playing Atmos content. Please Help.

Is VU really a good company? I have been reading forums that VU panels shows white lines or defects after warranty period and customer has to pay for panel change. Do you have any idea about that?

I'm using Vu since 2018. Full HD. No issues with panel. Only the physical volume up button on the TV has stopped working. The panel is good, company is good .

yes. panel starts showing lines around third year. warranty process is really good that they replace the tv within a week. But these are other defective tvs thats fixed by VU. i will say that its a temporary fix and you will see some faults. I have replaced my tv 3 or 4 times towards the end of warranty period. Its better to sell of after 2.5 years. If you keep the default pic settings then panel will last for one more year.
