Bro I bought VU Vibe 65inch TV from Amazon after watching this and a couple of other KZbin reviews. My TV doesn't have Dolby Audio/ Atmos and MEMC in the settings. I tried playing contents from different OTT Platforms and KZbin. The Technician, that VU sent, said that these features aren't available on this TV as they aren't mentioned on the booklet that came with the TV, while the company markets Dolby Audio on its own website and Amazon for this model. I guess VU has been shipping different units to KZbinrs and selling different units to regular customers. Feel cheated.

It might have dolby atmos in settings, but as most of netflix content running in 5.1 audio which means its dolby digital or digital plus, not actually dolby atmos ir it should show dolby atmos sign on that content, like its shows hdr.

Don't buy dude. I bought 65 inch model from Amazon. Picture quality isn't great. Lot of backlight bleed. HD to 4k Upscaling is average. THERE IS NO MEMC AND DOLBY AUDIO! The Android version is Android 11. I cancelled Bravia 3 (which was almost 99k but had amazing picture quality) and made a mistake by buying this TV.

Thanks for your kind feedback. A feedback written with the right intent and respect is always welcome and appreciated. 1. Even the Vu Gloled TV has Google TV OS brother but its sound is not as good. Its loud but just being loud does not mean its better. 2. I agree that Sound can always be upgraded later but it also comes at a cost, I agree to the point that they could have removed the sound bar and given the customer the price benefit and let them decide which sound bar they chose to buy so that point is fair. But the sound of the TV is what sets it apart and No QLED TV has sound which is this clear in terms of dialogue and voice. 3. I have always mentioned the pros and cons of both IPS and VA panels in all my videos brother. If you are buying a 55 inch or a 65 inch TV, I would recommend an IPS panel because of the viewing angles. I have said the same thing even in my Hisense U7H or E7K Pro review. One should purchase a panel according to their needs and requirements. My personal requirement is good viewing angles for a large screen and therefore an IPS panel makes sense to me. Each to their own, as each persons needs and requirements are different. Lastly, although this was a review unit, i had my creative freedom to say what I wanted to. I also understand that there is human bias that sets in when it comes to a review unit but I really believe its a good product brother. Otherwise, I would not have accepted the review unit. I think I should start putting out a disclaimer at the start of these type of reviews moving forward, its an error on my part I suppose.

Which preset do you have it on brother. Use the Cinema Preset if you can and also set the color tone to cool on this TV. Colr preferences are pretty subjective though, therefore I generally do not make videos on settings usually.

@@BabitSingh Red actually looks more like orange for some reason, it's on HDR Dynamic with cool preset. This issue is just for HDR content, normal content looks good though.

Va panel is superior in tvs, I don't think viewing angles matter that much, no one watch tv from extreme angles. Contrast ratio is more important. Ips is preferred in laptops

@babit brother one simple question for you When we talk of 60hz vs 120htz panels in TV If my use case is limited to watching OTT and TV channels does it really make a difference ?? Or 120hz only matters for gaming ?? I ask since for eg looking at Sony x82L vs x90L or similar difference in Samsung range . While looking at the display content in showrooms it is impossible to make out the real 120htz advantage . While the cost difference of such models is huge Kindly educate us on this

It does not make a difference if its only for content since 120hz is mainly for gaming brother. Most content maxes out at 60fps, so if you are not into gaming, just get a 60hz panel brother.

@@leokartikrajkumar9109 I have a projector and the last time i turned it on was 2 years back! Setting them up and using them is not as easy as a TV. Plus its only Full HD whereas a TV can give you 4K. I will pick a TV over a projector for the ease of use anyday. Projectors have a different charm and experience but I don't think its for everyday use.

If its just for OTT, I'd take the Vu Vibe TV. But if on a budget you can take the Toshiba and upgrade your sound later on. The color calibration straight out of the box may be better on the Toshiba. But VU colors can of course be tweaked to your liking once you have it.
