sir, have you done any example at excel for students that they can better understand it ? all examples are told just verbally not with practically at excel.

this is confusing but I've somehow figured it out. In Excel, the function for cumipmt already exists, you just have to put the "=" sign and type Cumipmt (the function will appear automatically along with the format) . Just follow through the formula the professor has provided BUT make sure to put the RATE and % in one cell together i.e "9%" then you'll get your answer .
