La Vuelta is the best GT in the last 5-8 yrs.

Climbs with gradients above 6-7% are going to be a challenge for O'Connor and this stage will offer plenty of opportunities for GC riders to attack him. Hopefully the rest day has recharged his batteries to defend his lead. He is an excellent descenter, which potentially allows him to make up for time if he is dropped at any point by his main rivals. One of the many key stages still to come in this Vuelta. No rest for the wicked.

I'm not convinced that this is a GC stage. Sure Roglic can explode on the climb, but then there is the long downhill and 5km flat. Any advantage will be eaten up if a group forms behind him. To me this looks more like a break away stage and, because Bora sucks at controlling the break this Vuelta, I have riders between top10 and top20 as contenders for the win. Edit: Obviously if a small group of favorites makes it over the last climb first, then Roglic is the best bet for the sprint.
