The drum fill around 2:34 is simple yet elegant and so satisfying. I come for Cory Wong’s guitar chord riffs, I stay for the ultra-funky bass licks, and I keep coming back for the keyboard’s smooth contributions. But the drummer is always so solid and knows just how to put the puzzle pieces together. I genuinely believe that no other drum style could bring this group to the height of groove that this drummer does. A+++
