I enjoyed this vlog, thank you for the candor. It was very refreshing to hear Mr. President’s perspective. Over the years I’ve watched at a distance the dynamics of your relationship. He knows for sure who he has married BUT he also knows that he has to allow you space and grace to totally be who you are going to be, even when it’s in your out-of-pocket moments. “What’s for you is easy”, thanks Keon for saying it aloud because it’s true. Too often we get deceived and caught up in the glimpses of “others” lives and successes and that “imposter syndrome” will try to jump on us quick. But remaining in your lane as you said Charis is imperative. And just because we admire others in their successes doesn’t always mean we have to take on what/how they are running their lives, businesses etc. As I watched this vlog early this morning, I waited until I was capable to write a coherent comment…lol. You know I usually watch, pause, comment, comeback, and continue. This time I watched all the way through. Thanks again for this candor, I enjoyed this from the perspective a husband, wife team that is in business together outside of the home. And thank you Keon for being man enough to protect/cover Charis as she meanders through all the ebbs and flows, highs and lows of entrepreneurship. Still rocking with the Joneses.

Well said stop running to the end when you haven’t started. That alone speaks volumes. We shouldn’t ever be anxious for nothing. When God opens a door know man can shut. It’s a place of drowning out the noise. Even to reset yourself to here in a quiet place. What step is good for this time. This segment was a lesson learned. Sometimes walls are a protection for us. I agree with your husband. The gifts God has bestowed upon us. We operate in it because it is our purpose and God gives in direction and outer direction. Just like in ministry the anointing makes the difference always. I continue to pray for the peace surpasses all understanding that will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Keon was such a valuable addition. Although we nicknamed him The Safety Police it’s because he guards those profits AND you. One thing that resonated with me that he said reminded me of our cruise when everyone kept asking us about Sassy Jones; you still had more work for your accessory brand to be a known household name. IMHO I was for the pivot of course not knowing the numbers. I just don’t think the actual designs were a true representation of you and your style. Of course you can rock anything and make it look good, but it just wasn’t you. I still think you can do NYFW with accessories. Alexis Bittar does; but they are based in NY too, so there is that factor. Wishing you continued success and protection of your peace and maintaining boundaries.
