Vulnerable person raided by bailiffs

We were visited by Marston bailiffs this morning. Even though they were told that I am a vulnerable person with Multiple Sclerosis, they still forced their way into our house; all to do with a fine from Watford borough council which was paid back in December. Unfortunately, the phone cuts out while I am trying to get the person out of the house. What is not shown is my wife also trying to get them out of the house.
The police were called and all they did was side with the bailiffs and threaten to arrest my wife. For a £35 fine that was paid in December last year, of which we have proof, this has ended with us paying £420 to get rid of them. We are in the process of seeking legal advice via HNK to get our money back.
The other issue with the Bailiffs is, the female would not identify at all even when asked to do so several times.
I know now that I made the mistake of opening the door to them, but I was about to close the door on them when the male bailiff forces his way in.

The male bailiff is not medically qualified and you do NOT have to disclose your disability to them under any circumstances. I'm a former HMCTS county court bailiff (ex police officer before that) and now teach bailiffs and these two bailiffs are intimidating to say the least and have no right to enter the property , they are now trespassing.

request body cam footage from Marstons bailliffs , also never never open the door in future to anyone . check they are registered as certified third party debt collectors if they are it will be availble online , then take the matter to court ,registered bailiffs have to pay an annual holding fee and if they are in the wrong compensation comes from that fee , , it seems a lot like they acted illegaly here , police only attend to stop a breach of the peace , request their body cam footage also as sometimes bailiffs drop themselves in it on police body cams , good luck
