I'm from Sierra Leone 🇸🇱, a 90s kid. The 90s was a rough era in my country due to the Civil War. Things were tough, I always kept calm whenever this song came on the radio, I had no idea what the lyrics mean, but it just sounded like a sad song and was talking about our suffering. My mom will bop her head to this song while we all sit quietly. I still don't know what this song means, I just want to say thanks to the singer for blessing my childhood,
