My solution to diff bolts that have yet to be tested, THIS SHOULD BE DONE AT OWN RISK.I have only been using these for 2 days at the time this video is posted.

4Th gear wasn't in good condition to begin with.
The hole size is 9.5mm on older vw 020 transmision/non-FFZ. The m10 class12.9 bolts where machines from 9.7 to 9.5 so that they press fit into the holes. The nuts are class 8.8 as they are not subjected to direct engine torque and is surviving.
The bolts where shortened to 0.1mm of each other to stay balanced and the bolt heads where also shortened to 5mm. The shear line lies on the shank of the bolt. Used permanent locktite. been going strong for almost a year of abuse.
