Autoleveling. If you're carrying a load or going over uneven terrain you don't want to blind other drivers so they adjust. The sensors used for the ESC also detect a car's pitch rate.

audi has been including this for a while with HID models. it moves up and down because of the laws in place for the US, at a time where HID lights were new, since they were much brighter the auto leveling was mandatory so it wont aim at other cars to high (blinding other drivers) which is also why after market conversions are usually illegal and deemed annoying for blinding others in traffic

What mean if one headlight moves about at the start but the other headlight doesnt ????

yea, my GLI Autobahn came with bi-xenon adaptive front headlights. Its the 2014 model with navigation
