You see Amarok all over the place here in Germany. The newer models get built in Hanover Germany. The Amarok Ultimate or Atacama are my favorite. They come with a optional BiTDI 180 hp 8Speed Automatic transmission. That´s some fine engineering

Mine is 8 speeds .after 3years and going off road ... towing ... all I can say now is Amarok is a good vehicle
