VW B7 How to remove blower and resistor/ Dlaczego dmuchawa nie działa

If the resistor fails, the blower motor may only work on a certain speed or all settings will be the same speed (my blower motor was not worked on any speed).
If this is happening with your blower motor, be sure to replace the resistor to restore selective speed settings.

When reinstalling are you supposed to hear a click? Got all the way to that point but it is difficult to know if it is in correctly. Thx.

@@magicgarag Thanks. I did finally get it right. My 2012 Passat TDI fan has tabs on the outside. On the second try, I noticed one of the tabs is bigger than all the others. I was able to line that up and get a good fit/connection. no click sound.

What size bit to remove the screws you lost? Is the resistor part of the replacement motor?

No 9 Resistor & blower are two separate part 😮
