Vw Beetle Herbie Found & Rescued - Sitting for years will Herbie Go Bananas again?

Dubwerks and I found Herbie, lets dig him out! This Vw Beetle was tucked away in a garage, found sitting for years. There is a lot to move and a tight squeeze to pass by the skid steer. The car also doesn't seem to want to leave, it won't roll.
