Hello I’m tackling this exact same job atm and have been told I need to bench bleed the master cylinder before installing it? Did you do this? Also how do I remove the rod from the pedal to the booster at the booster end? I think you said it just unscrews? Thanks for sharing this video it’s very helpful!!

Yes the pedal rod just unscrews. You can adjust the length a bit, but I left mine the same length as it was when I took it off and it works fine. I did not bench bleed the master cylinder as i had to bleed the entire system anyways and was sure any air would get pushed out during bleeding.
