So I am having trouble. Might need someone to learn me something. School me. I am ready. I am ready to buy either bags, or a good ass set of coils. I am all about performance so does that rule out bags?? What is the ride like with bags? If I get coils they need to be STIFF. thoughts.... oh and I bought this car a month ago. LOVE IT!!

+OUT ON THE PORCH If you go with bags grab a set of airlift performance series. I have them on my 14 SE and I couldn't be happier. Fully collar adjustable height setting and full dampening. You wont be disappointed and you can dial in your ride the way you want it. With coils, you're either gonna buy a shit set just to slam the car or you're going to grab a nice set like Bilstein PSS9/10s and be able to drive it hard/track it but not really slam it. Honestly for newer cars, if you can handle the bit of extra maintenance keeping up with the condensation in the air system, air wins every time.

+Doctor Meat Productions thanks man. Good to know. Yea I'm just trying my to figure out the difference. I am not familiar with air at all! I don't do any racing so that's not a biggie. I've done coils and I don't have any complaints. It's just putting them on and you are stuck there. I want more freedom with the height. I'll look into the bags you told me about for sure.

Hey nice video.. car looks mint! Btw this might be a silly ignorant question from not havign the knowledge basically, I just bought a 2015 VW Jetta TSI.. what MK model is this? How do I find out? Its just am looking at mods and seems people have listed things as MK this or that.. any suggestion on how to find? Clearly am new to VW's.. would appreciate your help.Thanks

Congrats on your car! I have a gli 2012, awesome car to. Back to your question, when people say 'mk', that just means 'mark'. 'Mark' is basically the body of the car, yours is 2015, so it's the 7th generation of Jettas, so the body was changed 7 times, so it's mark 7 (aka mk7).

Someone else here said my car was MK6.. thanks for updating and sharing what MK even means haha.. yes mine does look different that the MK6 ones I guess with the headlights mainly. But gotto be honest the headlight design kinda sucks as there is condensation already for a car thats only done like 1000kms. VW says its common and I did google, seems its an issue a lot of owners have been facing. What a flaw in design...

Dealer said they will check it out but water must have gone in during washing (Waterblast) but they happy to look or replace headlights if needed (which I highly doubt) as per the convo. Now just need time to go drop the car at some point.

yes you can. Just means you will have a lower profile tire. I myself run 18 inch VW motorsports on my mk6 sportline.
