Nice work. I like the actuators. Why are there so 8 pipes on the cylinders? You only need 7?

Nice work!after 2 years any updates? I would like to know where you got the actuators from and whats their name

I have a production version of that, and a new V2 prototype with a touchscreen that allows different shifting modes, can control the compressor/pressure and can have different options for position detection. You can find the actuators everywhere really (just google: 20mm air cylinder).... but there are many variations on the same model; you need to know what you want/need.

I can give you a parts list.... I guess you want just mechanical components? Electronics are useless unless you make same PCB and programming as I did

You should have dog engagement otherwise your syncros will runnout of gearbox😅
