Why does everyone go through the wheel well and come at these from the back? It is literally a 5 minute job pulling the housing out from the front.

Wouldn't it have been a *lot* easier if you took the wheel off first? So the lower light bulbs are H11?

You totally did this wrong. All you have to do is pull the fog light bezel from the front. You can change both bulbs in less than five minutes.
